Thank you for supporting my work. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with care. Please read the information below regarding production times, shipping estimates, digital products, and returns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Art print orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Apparel and merchandise fulfilled through Printful are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days after shipment

  • International: 1–4 weeks after shipment

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Printful Fulfilled Merchandise

Some products on this site are produced and shipped through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment service.

These items may:

  • Ship separately from art print orders

  • Arrive in different packaging

  • Have different delivery timelines depending on product type and destination

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Digital Products (Fonts & Downloads)

Digital products, including fonts and downloadable files, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

After purchase, digital files will be made available through download links or email delivery.

Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital download sales are final unless the file is defective or inaccessible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of my control.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos so I can help resolve the issue.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes required by their country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will do my best to make it right.

Digital products are non-refundable.
