I want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with an item you received, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, a replacement, refund, or exchange will be provided at no additional cost.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Some apparel and merchandise products are fulfilled through Printful, a third-party production partner.

Because these items are made to order, returns and exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders may not always be accepted.

However, if a Printful item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will work to resolve the issue.

Digital Products

All digital products, including fonts and downloadable files, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted once files have been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing or using your digital purchase, please contact me for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads and fonts

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products unless damaged or defective

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Return Processing Time

Once a returned item is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
