BibleStudy™—a college-age and emerging adult’ small group.
We aim to give everyone who walks into our doors—wherever we meet, and whoever they are—a chance to hear the good news of the Gospel.
In late summer of 2020, I, a then atheist, began attending a Wednesday night bible study with my friends I had grown up with in our church.
I was invited by my friend (brother) Alan, who never gave up on me. Thank you.
I also have to thank the bible study attendees and leaders, who welcomed me even when I was insufferable (I didn’t intend to join for the purpose of rekindling my faith)! I also must thank Charlie for reaching out and being vulnerable to me, teaching me the ways of philosophy. In part, this page is dedicated to their faithfulness to God by being evangelists to me.
I came to know God better and to eventually recommit my life to him—as one last coup d'état (or, revolution).

Our first big slew of designs. I did these for no other reason than that I cared to add depth to our group’s cognitive environment, and to express my sensibility toward my then newly restored faith—which was to me one last coup d'état catharsis, the one that would allow Truth to take my fate forevermore.
Death to the self is a big theme juxtaposed by the akwardnesses and failures of the then ‘now‘ (and a nostalgia for millenium Evangelical media) of s o c i e t y .

I was blessed to have grown with our college/young adult small group for another year, and when the summer came around, I couldn’t have been more riveted to get another collection of unnecessary ‘counter-environment‘ stuff out there.
However, a rather turbulent situation occurred regarding an illicit Evangelical group over the spring and summer that with resonating effects going forward stymied my faith and leadership, and instilled quite a hermeneutic of suspicion. This event plays out in the 2022 collection! Pyramid schemes, Real Estate empires and over-zealousness made their way into the designs.

WORSHIP NIGHT
WORSHIP NIGHT
Some of our leaders—undoubtedly inspired to collectively do a good work through their gifts in music and quite generous with their time—had the gusto to do a monthly Worship Night where we gather at our church, sing 6 or so worship songs and have some prayer time or a message.
This has been a blessing to our community! I’ve enjoyed running sound and slides, as well as creating some nice note cards for when we have a message.
